Build your baby's sleep schedule
Pick an age and a wake-up time, and we'll suggest nap windows and a bedtime based on typical wake windows for that age.
1. Baby's age
2. Wake-up time
Today's suggested schedule
Wake windows are shown as a range for a reason: treat this as a starting point and follow your baby's own tired cues over the clock.
General guidance based on commonly published paediatric sleep ranges, not personalised medical advice. Every baby differs; use this as a starting point alongside your baby's own cues and your paediatrician's guidance.

How does the Nanit sleep schedule generator work?
It takes your baby's age stage and today's wake-up time, then adds the typical wake window for that age to suggest when each nap should start, how long naps usually run, and what time to aim for bedtime. It's built from commonly published paediatric sleep ranges as a general starting point, not personalised or medical advice.

How accurate is this schedule generator?
It uses commonly published wake-window ranges for each age stage to suggest a starting schedule. It's general guidance, not personalised or medical advice; every baby's actual rhythm can differ from the average. Use it as a starting point and adjust based on your own baby's tired cues.
Why does the schedule use a range instead of an exact time?
Wake windows vary within each age stage, so we calculate from the midpoint of the typical range for your baby's age. Some days your baby may be ready a little earlier or later than the suggested time; that's normal.
