Limited Warranty

Nanit products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If your product is found to be faulty during this period, Nanit will, at its discretion:

  • repair or replace the product, or
  • provide a refund to the original purchaser

Replacements may be new or refurbished.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorised retailers
  • Misuse, damage, or unauthorised modifications
  • Improper installation or use outside instructions
  • Electrical or network issues outside the product
  • Consumables (like batteries), unless faulty

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure
  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Buying from Authorised Retailers

This warranty only applies to products purchased from authorised retailers.
